In Year 1 we have a big focus on behaviour for learning and instilling the routines and expectation which are then consistent throughout the children's time in school.
- Listening when an adult is talking
- Stopping when the team stop signal is used
- Putting their hand up if they wish to say something
- Asking before they go to the toilet
- Joining in with class discussion and contributing their ideas
